The Crowded Announce New Bass Player To Join Lineup

Remaining band members Tim Greiner, Jay Love, Chris Adams, and Ray Biba have joined forces with bassist/vocalist Don Greiner to form the new incarnation of the Crowded. According to Tim, "What this shows is not that this band is falling apart, but rather that it is getting bigger and stronger. Tom is leaving because we are getting more work than he wanted commit to. Don is as eager as the rest of us, so there's nowhere to go now but up."

It's no coincidence that Don shares a last name with Tim. The two are brothers and have been making and playing music together for more than 10 years. Don and Tim are also known collectively as The Porch Boys, a Maryland-based acoustic rock act. So don't be surprised if you see The Porch Boys popping up more as well.
